By accessing or using Kiwi AI, a product of Ananta Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kiwi AI provides a platform that allows users to create custom AI chatbots trained on their own provided data, including website URLs, PDFs, and raw text. We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to process and generate chatbot responses based on the data you upload.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any data that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information).
• Upload data that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to our platform. By uploading data, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, store, and utilize this data strictly for the purpose of operating your custom chatbot.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ananta Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
